I have been a customr of Maid brigade since 2008. On April 11, 2013 they were scheduled for a deep cleaning service. The service called me at 10:55 and indicated they found lice treatment products and live lice on the counter top and they would have to probably leave and not finish. The clean was scheduled for 10:30 that morning so they had been there 25 minutes. at 11:24 the service called again and said the cleaning crew had left, its their policy not to clean homes where a live lice is seen and THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. the next day I was charged $210.00. When I called out the [redacted], he said he made a mistake in telling me I would not be charged as he learned later the cleaning crew worked 2 hours on the home and cleaned all of the upstairs. When I got home that night I could tell they made up 2 beds and that was it. [redacted] should have had all the facts when he called me at 11:24am to tell me the maids left. He had obvioulsy been in touch with the crew and should have communictaed correctly with me. He told me I would NOT BE CHARGED, then he charged my account and they did walk off the job. This is not a BEST practice to tell a client you walked off the job, that the client woulod not be charged, then to charge the client $210 the very next day.
