Hi I’m writing to you from furniture depot in regards to [redacted] and her purchasing She did come into our establishment on September **,a little after 6:30pm She was looking around and our salesperson Jennifer was assisting her to make the story short she picked out what she wanted Jennifer asked her when she wanted it she said when can you get it Jennifer told her Friday cause it had to be ordered so the lady [redacted] went to the chase bank stores down from the furniture store and she handed $dollars to Jennifer as a down payment so that the merchandise can be ordered the following day the lady [redacted] came after 10:am and ask Jennifer about the price being different in the store and on the website Jennifer told her that we didn’t have yes but it’s because the website is old and did belong to previous owner.As to getting her money back the lady [redacted] signed a contract that says very clearly ALL SALES ARE FINAL,STORE CREDIT ONLY,NO MONEY BACK.On September **,she came to the store to cancel her order and yes Jennifer told her that she can have store credit only she said she want to speak to the owner I told her that he was not going to be available until October **,if she want to come and speak to him the lady [redacted] went outside then came back on and said she was going to take the bunkbed with the mattresses and a draw chest that she picked up her self a few hours later her daughter care back to the store to ask my driver if he can come assemble it because she didn’t know how so by her saying that we have her $dollars is a lie I have her signature on the receipt and I also have a recording that the merchandise was picked up by the lady ***.If you have any questions feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### thanks
