I had this company come out to fix my plumbing in my bathroom and two faucets outside and I ended up with a new water heaterThe problem was still not fixed and still remains not fixedBut when they came back out to do something else they charged me again I'm years old pn a fixed income and I let my daughter handle my business and when she talk to Gary about the chargesHe agreed to refund $that was over months ago still haven't seen itI felt he owned me more since the problems I called about was pretty much ignore because the plumber that came didn't want to take the time to fix correctly I spent over $and problem was not fixed Very upsetting and I had to borrow money from my daughter I do not recommend this company
We had our kitchen sink clogged up thanks to a whole pot of pasta being dumped down itI called several places and nobody could get me in until after the weekendCalled [redacted] and he was able to come right overDue to how our plumbing was done in the house, he ended up having to cut out a piece of pipe and redo itHe was very friendly courteous, and professional and was able to get us fixed up quickly and the total cost was very reasonable and actually lower than we were estimating when he was telling me about what needed done with the pipeI will definitely be calling them again in the future

I sent the following email to *** *** plumbing January 22, and have not heard a response
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my deep frustration with *** *** plumbing and ask for a refund of $which I paid on January 1st, *** came out to deal with our clogged guest shower and recommended that he dig up the under the ground plumbing to see if there was an issue He also recommended snaking the drain to get us by until he came back on Wednesday January 6th at 8:30am as a way of letting us use the shower until then I agreed to this charge based on his recommendation and the fact that he said he would come back Wednesday He left stating that the drain worked and would hold us over until Wednesday The next day the drain was backed up again
Wednesday at 8:30am came and went and I had stayed home from work to be

The job was to replace a lift station and the lid in the basement of my house They chose to replace the lift station first and then come back and do the lidI pointed out and we discussed that there would be additional labor as a result and he said they would not charge for the labor the second timeThey sent a different person out to do the lid and they charged labor, asking my wife to pay by checkWhen I got home and saw the bill, I tried to contact them to discussI have made three calls over the course of three weeks and Mr*** will not call back despite promises from the person answering the phone
