Robert E. Morgan CPA received the necessary information to complete the 2012 federal and state income tax returns for [redacted] & [redacted] and [redacted]'s mentally rded brother [redacted] of [redacted] MA via certified mail in early March 2013.Robert E. Morgan could not complete the tax returns by April 15th, so he stated he filed an extension with both the federal and state governments. The extension was for 6 months. Mr. Morgan has completed our taxes for the past 10 years.Despite approximately 12 phone calls to Mr. Morgan's office from April 15, 2013 to October 11, 2013 Mr. Morgan did not complete our tax returns nor did he personally return our phone calls.Mr. Morgan had a representative call on April 15th and tell us our taxes would be completed by May 15th. Mr. Morgan's office contacted us in late August and stated Mr. Morgan would call us in early September. Neither of which occurred.[redacted] left Mr. Morgan a voice mail on October 8th stating Mr. Morgan needed to prepare our tax returns or return our tax information, so we could have another CPA file our return. I visited Mr. Morgan's office on October 11th at 2:00 and it was not open. I left a letter at Mr. Morgan's office requested he contact me ASAP and either file our tax returns,or return the information we supplied himDespite the assurances of Mr. Morgan, he has placed us in a very difficult position. Since we trusted Mr. Morgan we did keep copies of the information we provided him. We would like the needed information to do our taxes supplied to Mr. Morgan returned to us in their entirety, ASAP.Desired SettlementMr. Morgan continues to ignore us. Unfortunately after a 20 year relationship between myself and Mr. Morgan my wife and I trusted Mr. Morgan and did not copy the information we supplied him. We need the information provided to Mr. Morgan in order that we may have another CPA complete our 2012 taxes
