We refunded your $March rent and $deposit, and handed back the April rent check. We are not responsible stolen items, you are supposed to have sufficient insurance to cover items in the storage unit

I contracted Robert Effler to put up an retractable awning at my home and gave him $1500.00 as a down payment in August 2015. He never came back or returned my calls and on December 7, 2015 I received a judgment for that amount plus court costs. He has never paid the judgment.

Good Afternoon, I am writing to you to respond to the complaint that was made against me by my client [redacted]. When [redacted] first stopped by in early March she originally had braids in her hair. She explained to me that she wanted to start the process to get locs. I asked her how long was...

her hair, she said it was a small afro. I also asked her about her edges(hair line). I notice that her edges were seriously damaged. She said they have always been thin but in the last couple of months they had gotten worse. I directed her to the health food store, and told [redacted] to get Black Castrol Oil, and to apply it to hair line at least 2-3 times a week. She said she was taking her braids out soon and would make an appointment soon. [redacted] came in on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 9am. Before I shampooed her natural hair, I sat her in my chair and examined her hair, my first question to her was "What happend to your hair? Why is it broken off so bad?" her response was I'm not sure. I asked her if she was on any medication, "NO", any health issues, "NO", stress, "YES". I told her that wasn't good. I proceeded to point out the three spots in her head that barely had enough hair to grab. I told her that I didnt think she was ready for locs and gave her some other suggestions on two other hair styles that would work for her, and showed her pics of what it would look like. She said she really wanted loc, I stressed again that I didnt think she was ready, and that her hair could brake off even more. her words were " I dont care, I just want them" I proceeded to shampoo and condition [redacted]'s hair, brought her back to my chair. She then said she wanted them really small, I did two of the twist handed her the mirror and showed her the smallest that I can do them is pinky size. I told her that her hair was already broken off and if I do them any smaller it's a big chance they would break her hair more. She said OK and proceeded to finish her twist, and placed her under the dryer for 20-25 mins. The whole time [redacted] was there she was laughing and talking with myself and my other client that was there. Never  complain one time. When she was finished I handed her the mirror and she looked at her hair.. I explained to her again I tried my best to cover up her broken areas, but she needs to give it time to grow and to stop stressing. She said I will and I will call/text me for her next appointment. She never showed or expressed any dissatisfaction.
