Review: We had a photo session with the photographer in June 2013. We were happy with the proofs and paid $500 for our photo package on July 10, 2013. It has been nearly 5 months and I have not received my prints. I have contacted them periodically but they do not answer the telephone and rarely respond to email. On the few occasions that I actually got a reply, they gave ridiculous excuses like "I just had a tooth extraction and couldn't answer email" or "we haven't had internet service for weeks" because of a house move. The last time I heard back from them, they stated that my order had been placed weeks ago and they don't know why I didn't get my prints. But they have been unable to provide any evidence that the order was even placed. And they have not responded to the past 4 emails or 2 (maybe 3?) voicemails that I have left in the past 2 weeks. This is NOT how a business should be run. They should not be allowed to collect money from future clients until all of their past commitments have been fulfilled. They have several negative reviews on social media sites, so I know that I am not alone in this experience.Desired Settlement: I should receive my order and be given digital copies (with full rights) to all of my images. This should be done within 7 days. If they are unable to provide the actual prints in that time frame (because they never actually placed the order?), then written confirmation should be provided and direct communication with the printer should be facilitated so that further contact with the photographer can be averted. If for any reason the photos and digital files cannot be delivered, the $500 I paid on 7/10/13 should be refunded immediately.

Review: On 6/14/13 I met with this husband/wife duo to have 1 year pics done with my daughter. I was informed by in person and via email that my session would be edited and ready for image viewing shortly thereafter. I met with them again 7/5 and selected the photos/packaging of my choice. I was anxious to receive photos within 3-6 weeks. I was disappointed to find that I had to contact them via [redacted], after learning their telephone had been disconnected. I was promised on at least 3 occasions delivery of finished product, which I have yet to receive!! I spoke directly with [redacted] and expressed that as a customer, I should not have to chase them around and be made promise after promise about receiving a product that believe was overpriced and unacceptable after this treatment. A follow up email was received only after I again resorted to posting directly to their business [redacted] page that I would not recommend their services to anyone. The email indicated yet again another failed promise to deliver date.Desired Settlement: I have asked at this time for some percentage of the $500 I paid for services. For a small business, I feel that this is something they should consider and honor this paying customer. It is poor practice that the consumer has continuously attempted to reach out to this vendor in an attempt to receive product that was promised and paid for up front. I find it absurd that the reply back was to sign over the rights to the pictures..... which again, have yet to be received.

Review: My wife and I hired [redacted] and [redacted] (owners and operators of Robert Everton Photography) to be the photographers for our wedding, which was in late May 2013. We purchased the "Forever in Love" photography package (an upgrade from the basic package) which included "3 according mini-albums, two 11"x14" wall portraits with mountain finish, DVD of all photographs, and a DVD slideshow of the wedding." It has been nine months since the wedding and we have received only the digital prints, but none of the physical products listed above, which were included in a written and signed contract. Robert Everton photography has made many excuses for not providing the products over the many months we've been in contact with them. I regret that my wife and I paid up-front in-ful for the photography package, which amounted to $1,399. We have requested a refund for the difference of the package upgrade, but [redacted] and [redacted] have refused this request. From the reviews on [redacted] of this company, it is clear that several other customers, even in the past year, have had remarkably similar experiences.Desired Settlement: We desire a refund for the physical objects promised in the original contract but not provided. Below is a list of the cost of each a la carte item per the original proposal from Robert Everton Photography.

Wall portraits: $95 each (package included 2)

Mini-albums: $45 each (package included 3)

DVD slide show: $195

DVD of all photographs: $1,295

Total a la carte items above (promised in the contract but not delivered): $1,815

Total Value of Package Ordered: $4,200

We paid: $1,399 (33.3% of the "total value)

Therefore, we request a refund of 33.3% of the total value of the physical objects above, which amounts to $604.40

Total refund requested: $604.40

Regards,

Like other reviews, had to keep chasing them down. After more than a year we still have not received all that was paid for. There have been excuses and we have been told more than once we would get them in a few days, but still no word or pictures!

Review: I made an appointment for this business to take pictures on June 30th in Virginia. They did not show to take the pictures. They have not refunded payment that I had to pay for in advance. I have contacted them several times by email and telephone and they have not responded.Desired Settlement: Refund to my Paypal account.

Review: We hired Robert Everton Photography for our wedding which was 8/17/2014. We have not received any of our materials/products that was promised to us through our contract or our communication with them. We prepaid for their services prior to our wedding and they continue to ignore any sort of communication. They continue to advertise and post their business online so they are not out of business or shut down. Its beyond unprofessional at this point, and more like criminal for taking thousands of dollars and giving us nothing.Desired Settlement: We want the products that we have paid for or we want our full refund back for failure to honor a contract or agreement
