Still a crook after all these years!
In March of 2020 I hired Garron to install two doors. I gave him a 50% deposit. He showed up 3 times in a month and never finished installing the doors. Many promises made but never kepts including giving me a refund. Seems he's been getting by doing this for years. Don't be his next victim.

Mr. [redacted] record alone speaks for itself: He is a CAREER CRIMINAL. Don't just take my word for it, go to [redacted] website [redacted]/entry for details of his prior cases.
My mistake before hiring him is that I didn't check his criminal background first! In January 2014, [redacted] of [redacted] entered into signed agreements with me to complete a custom range hood for my kitchen, and complete custom millwork and miscellaneous items at my residence, which were to be completed by January 31, 2014. When this date wasn't met, Mr. [redacted] again committed to completing the work in a timely fashion. I provided a total deposit of $4,000 to Mr. [redacted] per the contracts. Mr. [redacted] failed to honor his commitment for completion of the work outlined in the contracts or for the several rescheduled dates he later proposed for completion. In addition to Mr. [redacted] breach of contract, Mr. [redacted] and his subcontractor, provided false information about the integrity of the work completed by my original contractor. I investigated the claims Mr. [redacted] made to me with my contract architect and electrician, and to my disappointment, I learned the information Mr. [redacted] provided was untrue. In addition, the work initiated based upon their false claims resulted in unnecessary damage to my property. The estimated amount to restore my house to its pre-damage condition is $1,200. I provided Mr. [redacted] until May 30, 2014 (4 months later) to complete the work and restore my property to its’ condition prior to damage, or return the $4,000 deposit and provide $1,200 in damage compensation. I also stated that I would proceed with criminal and civil charges if he did not conform to these conditions.
On May 30, 2014, Mr. [redacted] stated he would send a certified check for $5,200 to resolve the issue. When I did not receive the check, I contacted the [redacted] to determine if Mr. [redacted] has a license to conduct home improvement work in the State of [redacted] I was informed that they do not have or formerly had a [redacted] on record. I filed a report with township police for theft by deception on June 30, 2014. I also asked the police officer to contact Mr. [redacted] in an attempt to avoid criminal proceedings. The officer contacted Mr. [redacted] and gave him 7 days to contact me to resolve the issue or he would be charged with Theft by Deception. Mr. [redacted] then stated to the officer that he would send a refund for the work not completed. Mr. [redacted] never contacted me and never sent a refund. Charges of Theft by Decepion and failure to register a business with the state were filed July 15, 2014, and a warrant issued for his arrest. On Aug 28, 2014, Mr. [redacted] was arrested and released on bail. On October 21, 2014, Mr. [redacted] did not show for his court date and a warrant was re-issued for his arrest. As of this date, June 16, 2015, Mr. [redacted] has still not provided a refund and the warrant for his arrest is still outstanding.
Unfortunately, I found out later that he had several prior Guilty convictions in 2005 for the same or similar offenses and in one had paid restitution of over $16,000. He also has a Guilty conviction in 2010 for Forgery/Passing Bad Checks for which he served jail time. He also has or had multiple warrants for his arrest for other minor charges. Please don't make the same mistake I did by hiring this crook.
