not easily repairable based on the report received, so we provided a replacement refrigerator with no receipt (which we found in our records, and the customer did not have a copy) The refrigerator was originally purchased on 12/10/and replaced on 12/12/ The most recent exchange occurred on 10/4/14.Please feel free to contact myself or the customer for more information I hope this will satisfy the complaint and we would appreciate an update

pick one out we will deliver promptlyShe does have the correct freezer and dryerWe will upgrade the appliance in a good faith effort to resolve the situation
