Robert Green Asphalt

Review: I am contracted with Roberts Asphalt for a driveway. My original driveway was ripped up and RCA was laid on August *,2013 and advised we would need to drive on the RCA for about 4 weeks to pack it down, they installed the Belgium block around the driveway and they were paid for the work completed. Since that time period in 2013, my driveway is completely uneven, ditches all around, the Belgium blocks are loose. I have made several attempts to contact the business, voicemails go unanswered. I was patient in the beginning with the weather, but this is now over 1 YEAR. The entire driveway will need to be regarded, additional RCA laid and paved.

I sent them a letter on August *, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like the resolution to be a finished driveway and a considerable discount for the remaining work.

I actually tried to reach out to the business yet again, was told I would recieve a callback from the business [redacted], that was back on 8/**/2014, as of today 9/*/2014 I have not gotten a callback.
