Review: Hello,My Complaint is for Robert Haines LLC [redacted] in the [redacted] New Jersey area.First I talked to the wife and she told me that he was an honest guy and that he is there to help people not rip them off. First ,thing I get out of her. Next I get [redacted] to my mothers house down in the Manalapan area. My mother is deceased, I told him this. He went on a Saturday and called me when he was finished with the job. On the bill he states that there was a cleaning and inspection report done. He did do the inspection report I received it in mail. However, I went to the house the next weekend and when I looked at the place where he "specifically cleaned" it was still moldy and looked as if he had not touched it. Then he charged me for it on the bill. 100 for the report and 140 or less for the cleaning. I confronted him on this and he had nothing to say. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to the house and check this out. Who knows if he did or not. The roof was still dirty. We had another roofer go to the house and he informed us that he sees a hole in the roof. SO his theory why the roof was still dirty was that he the "solution" he sprayed or poured on the roof must have blown the mold to the lower roof. Well, I can assure you if he was on the roof then he would have seen the small hole and he would have seen the mold on the lower roof. He says and wrote it on the inspection report about the cleaning not about the hole. The mold that "supposedly" blew on the lower roof did not look like droppings but permeant grown on mold on the roof.Desired Settlement: I would like him to retract his bill I will pay him for the Fake inspection report 100 but not the cleaning. Plus he forward my late bill to a creditor. So if he wants his money he has to retract from creditor and then accept my 100 dollars for a job done wrong. Thats all I want was for him to admit his guilt.Thanks
