I reached out to *** and apologized for the incident*** confirmed those attempts to reach him are via email through the newsletter he might have signed up for job opportunities. I suggested him to revisit his online profile and unsubscribe from those job boards. I also
flagged him in our internal database to prevent any email communication. In addition, we also blocked his profile from being accessed by our recruiters

Review: I am writing to you about a situation that I am having with Robert Half. It is not necessarily the whole entire company but just one individual. I have been looking for a job for the longest time and this person [redacted] who just started in the company was very friendly to me. He stated that he was going to send me on jobs that were available etc. I sent him emails and left phone messages for him and he does not return my phone call. I ever sent a co worker of his on [redacted] a message an he wanted nothing to do with the situation. The last time I called I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk that he does not return calls. She said oh he is away from his desk and he will return calls and he has not called me.Desired Settlement: I am not sure exactly what I want from this company but they should not have people like him working there. He is supposed to be cusomer service oriented and he is not. I would call again but will probably get ignored.
