IN REGARDS TO THE COMPLAINT WITH [redacted] WE HAD REPOSSESSED THE VEHICLE ON 10-25-AFTER THE COMPLAINTANT BEING PAST DUE FOR JULY,AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, AND OCTOBER WOULD HAVE BEEN DUE ON OCT 29THSHE MAILED US A MONEY ORDER WHICH WOULD NOT BE EXCEPTED BECAUSE IT WAS A PARTIAL PAYMENT AND IT ARRIVED AFTER THE REPOSSESSIONWE SENT IT BACK TO HER UPON RECEIPTTHE DAY REDEMPTION PERIOD HAS PAST AND WE CONSIDER THIS MATTER CLOSED

I am rejecting this response because Scott Davis only fixed my radiator he did pay for the labor of the throttle body which was the issue that had continued to get worse I bought the part which he added to my billI did come across some financial problems because of the vehicle having issues I was not able to hold my job because my vehicle that's got Davis had sold me regardless if my mechanic fixed it or not was not reliable to get me to work so in other words I lost my jobI felt I had no other choice but to try and fix the vehicle myself since Scott Davis told me that once the vehicle is no longer under his warranty it was my problem so I took it in my hands as my problem yes I may have missed a few payments and he has received a payment from me may not have been in full but it was something I was not months late I was too he took my car on at around 4:in the morning repo knocked on my door stating they're there to pick up the vehicle. Regardless of anything the car was sold to me as a lemon only one thing was able to be fixed and the problem that was the major was notScott Davis statement is not resolve anything except for stating he did not get his payment of a lemon car he had soldThe vehicle had became a life liabilityit may no longer be in my possession but I still feel there could have been more doneon both EndsIn the end of all this it leaves myself without a vehiclewhich I don't think is fully Fair of him accepting my payment and still pursuing the repo as he didI am appreciated of his patience and waiting for a paymentthe car wasn't sold to me by my mechanic it was told to me by Scott Davis with problems that not even the mechanic was able to figure out on how to fix itEven with a complaint on him he's still not even willing to come to sometimes of agreement of completely getting over on me and with no consideration of what troubles I am going through because of this vehicle sold to me from Scott Davisthis still doesn't resolve anything like I said it just leaves me without a car and I am Disagreeing with being left with nothing

*** purchased a vehicle from us 06-29-and received a day or mile warranty from us (whichever comes first)We did replace a radiator for her under the warranty and provided a tow from gustine ca at no cost (towing is not covered)A couple of weeks later she said the car had a check
engine light that had a code for a bad accelerator pedalShe requested to have her own mechanic and he repaired itWe accommodated her and we paid the billSince then she has contacted me by email saying she had financial problems and was appreciative with us for waiting for a payment .She is now months past due and the car has been repossessed for non paymentwe have worked with her as much as we can but I don't think repairs of the vehicle was the issue ,it was the loss of her job and waiting for unemployment that was the issue.I spoke to her on 10/and she said her issue was with the mechanic that she hired not usThank You, Scott Davis

I am rejecting this response because:Scott Davis had not complied with me in any type of way of trying to fix the vehicles problems after we had arranged and put the car in the shop even when the car got out of the shop the problem still continued and continued which I did make a decision and not to pay for a car that was are could be life threateningHe insist and he says that it was no longer his problem it was my problem after the day warranty and I needed to speak and have whatever problem or situation sorted out with my mechanic when the mechanic had told him the exact same thing was going to occur as to the problems with the vehicle he needed to fix the day it was in the shop I got put into the shop he rejected and he went and insisted to only fix what he said are believed to be the problemI did receive my partial payment back but I have been in contact from day one with him or his son and the partial payment came way after I had let him know and email that I was going to be sending a payment he never text back and I feel he only sent my payment back because I have a complaint on him. Also he stated to me that it was and I know for a fact it was only going to be months of a payment late it hadn't even hit month October 29th and my car got repossessedI know for a fact Scott days has sold me a lemon and that is the only reason this whole complaint has been started against him

*** PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM US ON 3/10/AND RECIEVED A FREE DAY OR MILE WARRANTY,DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD SHE HAD A RADIATOR LEAK AND WE REPLACED IT AT NO COST TO HERON 5/01/SHE CALLED AND REQUESTED REPAIRS AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE HAD PUT OVER MILES AND THE DAYS HAD
LONG PASTSHE TOWED IT TO THE MECHANIC AND HE SAID THAT THE CAR HAD OVER HEATED FROM A LEAKING WATERPUMP AND SHE HAD DROVE IT HOT AND DID OTHER DAMAGE.EVEN IF THE CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY IT WILL NOT COVER NEGLIGENTS OF NOT STOPPING THE ENGINE.SHE ALSO DID NOT MAKE HER FULL 1ST PAYMENT OR HER SECONDIN THE INTEREST OF DOING KEEPING GOOD RELATIONS WITH A CUSTOMER I AM PREPAIRED TO GIVE HER BACK THE CAR SHE TRADED IN,AND FORGIVE THE OUTSTANDING DEBT ON THE ONE SHE PURCHASEDIF SHE CHOOSES TO EXCEPT THIS OFFER IT MUST BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT WITH ME WITHIN DAYS OR THE TRADE WILL BE WHOLESALED AND THE OFFER RESCINDED

THE 15 DAY REDEMPTION PERIOD HAS PAST AND WE CONSIDER THIS MATTER CLOSED.
