that she did not want to be on our mailing list.

I am writing in response to the complaint received from your office concerning [redacted] and the AARP Life Insurance Program from New York Life. This is a direct response group life insurance program marketed through the mail. We have taken the necessary steps to remove [redacted]...

[redacted] name from our mailing list. Because of the time it takes to update our database as well as for organizing the large volumes of mail we send, our company prepares the records that are used for our mailings several months in advance. As a result, there is a possibility that an additional mailing may be received before our actions take effect. If you have any questions or need further assistance please let me know.

 Business (NY Life)...

response still do not address my original question. If NY Life, needed additional information, in this case contact information of Doctors from past years, it should have been communicated and requested from the applicant (me). But NY Life did not attempt to contact me and I have never received any single communication on this additional documentation. When I received the letter from NY Life that my application was rejected, I made several attempts to contact the Agent, Mihir S[redacted] who no longer with NY Life and Chistopher C[redacted], Corp Vice President. But I never received any response from any of them.
