I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

The refund will be sent to Ms. [redacted] today. It should have been sent out sooner and I am sorry for the delay. I had previously advised Ms. [redacted] that I would only refund $3000.00 because of the time my office expended checking (at least 10 calls) with the Court and communicating with Ms....
[redacted]. However, due to the delay in refunding the money, I have refunded $3400.00 to compensate for the delay.[redacted]
