I canceled my service with Ehrlich Pest Control due to a gross lack of customer service and also a lack of service that was included with the Annual Protection PlanUpon canceling my service over the phone with a representative from the corporate office in Pennsylvania, I was told that my account was "paid in full," and that "the account is now closed," and no other action, payment, or contact is neededThe account was closed in April, I received a bill two months later requesting payment for "monthly services." I contracted with Ehrlich Pest Control for help with the treatment of moths in my home After a complimentary home inspection with [redacted] at Ehrlich in which we discussed a pesticide treatment for moths, I contracted with Ehrlich for two treatments for moths on the third and second floor of my homePrior to signing the contract, I confirmed with [redacted] that I should not be in the home during the treatment, because I was pregnantI arranged for my husband to take a day off of work in order to be home to let the service team in on 7/ The Ehrlich team came to my home on 7/and all they did was set out additional trapsWhat I had discussed with the sale rep (***) and was expecting was a pesticide treatment on both the second and third floors where we had already set out traps and demonstrated a moth infestation Ehrlich representatives informed my husband on 7/that in order to spray, we would have had to clear out the room and closets of all clothing and piled any furni

I have had a termite inspection contract through the company *** Chemical, which included a warranty should termites return*** Chemical was sold to Ehrlich, and Ehrlich took over the annual contractI sent in a check to Ehrlich for $dated May 11, 2017, to keep the annual inspection and warranty contract active for another yearHowever, I heard nothing from the company until Ehrlich left an automated phone message “reminding” me of a five-hour window for an appointment that I had not scheduledI called to reschedule, asking for a more reasonable time frameAfter many calls on my part, finally the inspection was rescheduled for a two-hour window on June 29, 2017, 12:00-2:pm The inspector did not show up during that timeI called the office to cancel the appointment and ask for a refundSince that call, I have spoken to many different Ehrlich representatives who have claimed that Ehrlich will send me a refund I have not gotten said refundThis company is

They are awful and hustlers as wellOn July 20, 2018, I paid my $bill and when I paid they told me the card had NOT gone through so I paid with a different cardThat night I looked at my statements and saw that Ehrlich had double billed meI have tried to contact them at least on occasions to get my money backEverytime I am told it will be 3-business daysIt is now August and not one of my payments has been refundedAwful service who rips you off no problem
