Review: This handy man , Mr. Robert Biliter performed painting service on my rental property on 28 April 2014 for $450.00. The work has been completed as requested and payments has been made ($200 in cash/$250 in check) on 28 Apr 14. After the payment, I asked for a receipt and Mr. Biliter told me that he was busy and he will provide a receipt thru text or e-mail later that day. I never received anything from him. I have made several calls/text to Mr. Biliter to obtain a receipt, and I still have not received a receipt for the payment that I made. Mr. Biliter refused to take my calls.Desired Settlement: A receipt for $450.00 work performed at my property.
