5/26/- It was rather odd that our problem was diagnosed so well over the phone and then after he snaked the clothes washer line Phillips Plumber said that it could be repaired by having drain line installed to separate it from the kitchen drain line They gave us a verbal estimate of $2,and I asked them how much pipe, material and digging it would take and then I was told "let me get with *** and we will see what we can do" Phillips did not fix or repair anything and the problem was exaggerated along with an incomplete, inflated cost estimateBottom line we found out our old Plumber *** is not retired and came out and cleared out the vent pipe and snaked the drain line (not the washer) and it is working fineWe asked how much it would cost to place a new drain line for the washer and it is nowhere near $2, No wonder Phillips asked for our CC information in advance Sincerely, *** ***

Phillips Plumbing re-piped my house and they took 8 days to finish their jobs instead 4 days according by Mr. [redacted]. I found the door bell wire was broken from the attic, the water pressure valve was wrong installed (they installed 75PSI instead a 80PSI or more that required my zone), and the grounding for lighting was cut and not attached again. I call his office twice and no replied. I fixed my door bell wire, installed a new water pressure valve and I called a electrician to fix the grounding. Unfortunately was a big disappointed from [redacted] Plumbing, are not reliable and trustful.
