Review: [redacted] at Colerain Tires (Goodyear) sold me 4 new tires which comes with free tire rotations. Went back at 3500 miles to get a rotation before going on a driving trip, tires were switched by owner's sons for old worn tires because I was a woman & didnt know much about tires. About month & half later was in car accident where I slid about 40feet on dry & wet spots of the road having NO traction. Place that fixed car said tires were bad. I said impossible I just bought them & they said those are not new tires you have on the car. I went back up there with a man who asked the owner about what he thought of the tires. He inspects them & says you need new tires. We said does it look like 3500miles on these tires, owner says no these are bad. Then we said well we bought them from you 4 months ago. Owner was shocked & even more shocked when I told him the car drove differently after his sons supposedly rotated my tires. His sons were not happy with me & had an attitude on their face every time I came in. He agreed to give me 4 new tires only after I mentioned a lawyer. He said lets take care of these tires, bring it to me so we can rotate them & check them & make these last. I told him more than once that I will only deal with him although he his sons do the work. If he wasnt there I wouldnt take my car in. A little bit after my previous rotation I was hearing some light squeaking like something was loose. I finally took it in to have my brakes checked at professional company and I was asked who put my tires on & I said Colerain tires, & they said well I wouldnt let them touch your tires again if I was you because your lugs were loose, all 4 of them and that tire couldve come off. I was disappointed in the humanity & angry because I knew the only people that touch my car were Colerain tire & for someone to be that evil & devious angered me. I drive my kids to & fro everyday and if it wasnt for our belief in the Grace of our LORD & Savior Jesus Christ we couldve been flipped over somewhere in a ditch or on the expressway. I felt the sons were mad at me for threatening legal action towards their fathers business and thats how they handled it.Desired Settlement: Because they have shown that they cannot be trusted to do work on my car, yet I paid for new tires that receives free rotation for the life of the tires. I desire only for them to pay or reimburse me for paying another place to have my tires rotated every 4000-6000 miles for the life of the tires.

they will rotate her ritres N.C.or we will rotate,tighten wheels and

retork wheel nuts.
