Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to address complaint ID # [redacted] and for the graciousness in not pre-judging who I am and what my longstanding business's mission has been and continues to be for over four decades in your letter sent to me [redacted] on February 10, I greatly admire the work of the Revdex.com and my desire always is to first and foremost ensure the satisfaction of my clients and customers to provide the highest level of professional services within myfield of expertise and in my recording facilities and second, to be in perfect standing with regulatory and quality assurance agencies especially the Revdex.com, with Utmost respect and transparency l am extremely saddened that a once very happy client of mine, Mr[redacted] , is now discontented with me and my businessNot only am I saddened, but l will continue to do everything in my power to address and remedy any conflict that Mr [redacted] may feelI would like to take this opportunity to provide the history of my relationship with Mr [redacted] and the timeline in which all of my transactions/communications with him occurred as well as the nature of those transactions and/or communications Mr [redacted] and his wife first became clients at my legendary music recording studio starting in May of 2016, to be exact, their first day of recording in my studio was on May 29th, From May through June 2016, they scheduled a couple of recording sessions at my studio to work on recording their musicDuring this time, I got nothing but rave reviews from them both and since they lived somewhat far from my studio in Shoreline, WA, l offered for them to stay in a guest room on-site, for no additional cost, simply as a way to say, "We appreciate you as our clients and we will extend every courtesy, above and beyond the call of duty, to you and your familyHe was grateful, but declined my offer and instead they chose to stay in a hotel in downtown SeattleWorking together during these recording sessions was a wonderful experience for all and I welcomed them back any time- everyone was very happy On December 19th, 2016, Mr [redacted] me via text message asking if there studio was available for him to book some time to recordl was very glad to hear from him and replied with possible available dates and we both agreed to find the best time to schedule him in the studio after the holidaysWe exchanged very friendly and mutually respectful messages at this timeOn December 21st, 2016, I received a text message from M r [redacted] inquiring about the educational opportunities provided inmy facilities and sending me warm holiday wishesAgain, I was happy to hear from himwe exchanged friendly and positive text messages and I replied to him with basic information regarding learning opportunitiesl did not prompt M r[redacted] to ask me about educational opportunities and I did not solicit him about this prior to his inquiryHe may have observed students or classes in another area of my facilities du ring his time in the studio in May or J u ne 2016, and/or I may have mentioned the educational opportunities I provide in my facilities in passing to him, but never, at any time, did I ask him to join our community as a student nor did I encourage hi m to get involved on an educational levelTherefore, I would like to initially address my first concern with his complaint when he states, "I (Mr [redacted] ) have been taken advantage of." Mr [redacted] may have observed classes on-site or I may have men tioned that we provide educational opportuni ties in the studio, but I never solicited Mr [redacted] to pay to learn in my facilitieMost every person who has come to me asking if they can be taught by me in my legendary recording facilities over the last several decades has learned about me and the studio through notoriety or bands and artists like Nirvana doing their final recording session in my studio before Kurt Cobain passed away or artists like Macklemore & Ryan Lewis recording some of their biggest hits at [redacted] StudiosI have bad some of the world's biggest artists record with me and therefore, I have gotten attention from aspiring musicians, artists, audio engineers, producers and music professionals who are very appreciative of everything I have built over the last yearsI am anything but wealthy, I have built this studio and my home on top of the studio, literally with my hare hands (It still is not finished fully with 1/of the building that is blocked off and in need of constructing)Piece by piece, dollar by dollar, painstaking year by year for years, I have built a place that has inspired creative musicians and artists and technical professionals from my God given drive and passion for the artsJust as Mr [redacted] sought me and my studio out from the beginning as do many others from around the worldit is very obvious that I have set the bar so high for myself and for my studio in order to provide the most unique, incrediable experience, both technically and creatively, for my clients with the main mission always being customer service and customer satisfaction; I am years old now and for the past years I have put my customer before myself and if a client says something needs to be modified or fixed, in anyway, l modify or fi x it this is why I have seen major success for over four decades and this is why I have never received a complaint in the history of my business's existenceI will never take a day off, I will never "slack'' on this front- my client always takes priority, no matter if they are the "Local Joe" guitar player or If they are Dave GrohlOn December 22nd, 2016, Mr [redacted] asked me, by text message, if there was an opening for him as a student at the studioI replied saying, "Yes," and I gave him additional information on some things that could be arranged on an individual basis, such as, since Mr [redacted] did not live near the studio, I offered to extend his learning time period for almost double the traditional time period l typically give students who live closer, so that he could get all of the learning time he physically needed in the studioThis is only one example of the ways I was very dear that I was willing to extend myself, my servicesmy resources and my facilities I n order to ensure that he got the most out of an educational experience at the studio that he possibly could and moreI told him that I would gladly customize his learning experience to fit his personal needs in every way I possibly cou ldI even invited his wife to be a part of his learning experiences so that she could gain knowledge with him at no additional costAt this time, Mr [redacted] stated that he "could be there (at the studio) everyday," and he asked me if that was possibleI said that that was deflnitely possible and that I encourage students to practice and be at the studio as much as their schedules allowOn this same date, December 22nd, 2016, Mr [redacted] asked me how much he would need to make as a down payment for his education at the studioI replied by asking him what his budget for his education was at the current time while at the same time telllng him that I would work with him on whatever amount he was comfortable with and he replied by saying, "Probably $7,000," as an initial depositAt this time, I asked him when he would like to start his learning at the studio and he replied with a potential date in January He told me that he needed to find a place to live in the meantime and again asked me if he could come in "everyday" to learn, I said, "Yes," I then let him know that if he was able to make an initial deposit that we could hold off on monthly payments for any remaining costs until he was comfortable, Mr [redacted] sent me a text message saying, "Let's talk after Christmas and count on this happening," I replied by saying, "Sounds great" and he said, "Very excited," On December 26th, 2016, Mr[redacted] and I resumed our conversation about his learning arrangements and l asked him for his email address in order to send educational program material for learni ng in the stud io, Mr [redacted] provided me with his email address via text messageAt this time, we were both very happy at the prospect of his choice to pursue learning in the studio and I had the overwhelming sense due to everything he had said in our recent conversations that he was very excited to begin his educational experience and was 100% committed to our planOn December 27th, 2016, I offered to extend Mr, [redacted] learning timeline from one year of training to one year and six months, at no additional cost, to ensure that he received any and all extensions necessary to gain the education he desired in consideration that he may not live near Shoreline, WA where my studio is located, I had offered this to Mr [redacted] on previous occasions and I felt it was a very good gesture on my part to accommodate his individual needs and we were both in agreement that this was a great opportunity for him to fulfill his learning goals while not living close to the studioDuring this conversation, Mr [redacted] told me that he had some unexpected car repairs and asked me if a down payment of $5,was okay instead of the initial amount he suggested of $7,and asked if it was okay for him to really begin his studies in February instead of Jan uaryI told him, "Yes, we can do that," and I sent him my business banking information so that he could complete the transaction, I told Mr [redacted] that I would let him know as soon as I saw his deposit process in my business bank account that I would confirm his down payment had been made.At this time, before any transaction occurred, l wrote him a text messagesaying, "Absolutely no pressure- this place ls all about the vibe," and I offered him ten days of studio credit included at no add itional cost (a value of $6,minimum worthof studio time for him to utilize for recording while he is learning- I'd like to keep this confldential, but I want to inform you, [redacted] , that the going rate for a 10hr block of time in Studio Amy main recording space which includes one huge live room, two isolation/vocal boothsone dampened medium size room that can fit a drum set or grand piano, an echo chamber with fthigh ceilings for naturally occurring reverberation, and a main control room with a Studer 24-track tape machine + SSL large format console for professional recording, is priced at minimum $500- $600/day or10hr block, not incl ud ing engineeri ng fees)I am at a place I n my life where I have worked so hard to build this studio an d keep my business alive through industry ups and downs, barely scraping by at times, through thick and thin, with passion and drive to inspire and grow with others and it is my main mission to share what I have built With passionate students and artists, producers and engineers and creators of all kinds I n order to enhance the arts and continue to be a hub for music production and creation, So, when l offer studio time like this to someone who shows a great passion for learning, it is wi th the hope that they will utiltze the time to create things that inspire them and become part of thei r lives and mine foreverMoney has never been a passion of mine, it has been a way to create this studio inan environment unlike any other I n order for me to share it with others and I have always opened my doors to people who share this drive, at most times, being overly generous, as I have been told by those close to me, wi th goods and services that I give in comparison to the money I receiveDuring my conversation with Mr [redacted] on December 27th, 2016.I also offered him to be able to have a key to lockupthe studio by himself If he were to work late or long hours in the studio since I felt I knew him pretty well, he was a trusted client, and I wanted to give him the opportunity to stay after hours if neededHe replied to this offer by saying, "Thank you so muchI will learn fast, make you proud and bring in clients! ©" On December 28th, 2016, Mr [redacted] deposited, at his own will and time, $5,into my business banking account and texted me to say, "Money is in." l replied by saying, 'Thank youWelcome to the Academy!" And we bad a very clear understanding that Mr [redacted] was committed to the training discussed, as was I and the timeline discussed by us bothThere was never any question in my mind that we were In a great working relationship with the commitment tolearning and a passion for building our relationship furtherIn my businesses, my educational entity pays rent for use of the studio facilities to operate out ofThe ren t Is $7,M r [redacted] 's educational down payment for the one year and six month time period for his learning was automatically put into my educational entity's business account and was used for Academy operations immed iatelyOn December 31st, 2016, Mr [redacted] sent me a text message stating"My life is not so goodIt looks like I'm going to be moving out of state so I will not be able to attend your schoolI'm really sorry, l went through a divorce and things are all overl don't know if there Is a refundl guess let me know." I replied by saying, "l am shockedI can do my best to get your funds back as soon as possible." I did not get a reply to this for the rest of the day on December 31st, On January 1st, Mr [redacted] replied to the text I had sent him the previous day saying, "O kay," On January 4th, 2017, Mr [redacted] sent me text message saying, "I'm moving out of state, so I t just won't work I'm sorryOkay, let me know.'' I replied to this message by saying, "Okay [redacted] (Mr [redacted] ), just to let you know I will get this to you, but the timing at this moment hinges on more revenue coming in," as I never saw this coming and have never dealt with a situation of this kind and magnitude in all my time in businessl also sent him a message saying, "l have no personal savings, otherwise I would get you something immediatelyIwill keep you informed." At this time, Mr [redacted] and I are working together to try to find a solution to his hardship and there are absolutely no ill feelings or negative words exchangedMy policy has always been to do everything in my power to make things right with any and every client or customer and unfortunately the funds Mrstruggle myself in my businessI have always accommodated a customer's potential, unforeseen inability to attend my educational services or studio services by extending the time period in which would work best for them, offering almost unfettered access to my studio facilities and services on their timeI have made good on my word with any agreement I have made with a customer, as I stated before, otherwise I would not have been In business successfully for yearsI feel extremely sorry for Mr [redacted] and the personal troubles he was and may still be experiencing and since the moment he asked if a refund was even possible after he made a down payment, I have stayed in close contact with him trying my hardest andmaking best efforts to get him a reftmd in full, but I have not had the cash flow to do this and never once have I denied Mr[redacted] servicesIn order to showhimthat I am enduring a temporary hardship and am making best efforts to provide him a full refund, I have provided internal financial businessinformation, I have offered him pieces of audio equipment and I have continuously said that I would make best efforts to return his paymentThere are several inaccuracies inM r [redacted] 's claim (including the claim, which I described above when he stated that "I have been taken advantage of which I just do not feel could ever be true based on our correspondence, which I have clearly provided in thisdocument to share with the BB B) as well as the statement he made in his claim to the Revdex.com that, "Within a day I had said I no longer can go and was promised a refund." This Is untrueThree days had passed between his deposit of $5,on December 26thto when he first sent me a text message on December 31stsaying, "My life Is not so goodMy life is not so good It looks like I'm gong to be moving out of state.'' When he sent me this text message, I was not dear if he may or may not be moving out of state and /or If there may be a posslbillty of him coming back within a period of time to learn in the studio as I had all along been willing to extend our services and facilities to accommodate his needsI honestly, did not know what to think when I received this message from him and as I wrote back to him via text, "I am shocked," I truly wasA third inaccuracy in Mr [redacted] 's claim to the Revdex.com Is when he states, "I was promised a refund." I have always made it clear that Iwill do my best to get him his deposit back as soon asIpossibly can- I have not walvered from this position and I have only tried all prospects within my power to get the deposit back to himI have offered to give him studio time, services, and even gear as a temporary solution to this matter, but he has refused all offers and was never angry or upset with me, as far as I could tell over text messaging, until only very recentlyA fourth inaccuracy in Mr [redacted] 's claim to the Revdex.com is when he states, 'text after text for months I have been put off." I have been in regular and consistent communication with Mr [redacted] since his life circumstances have changed and he asked me if a refund was possibleI have all of the text messages to snow this and I ammorethan willing to share these with the Revdex.com for confirmation of this factual informationAlso, the time period since Mr [redacted] first sent me text message describing his problems, asking me if there was even a possibility for a refund on December 31th, to the date that I received the notice from the Revdex.com regard ing his complaint, postmarked on February 10th, 2017, it has been weeks or monthsWhen I read Mr [redacted] 's Statement of the Problem, I am shocked to see his anger and tn see bow he is depicting this situation, me and my businessIt ts not even close to factual that I haveamultimillion dollarmansion, which can be clearly seen by visiting Zillow to see the property value and it is completely Inaccurate that I have a million dollars worth of gear hereMy gear has been a collective effort between colleagues and I over the span of years of accumulationhard work and technical repairs and configurations that I have done with my own two bandsWhile l completely disagree with Mr [redacted] 's claims and with the manner in which he has chosen to remedy this matter by desiring to give a "warning to all about this business," I am empathetic to his personal life problemswhich he has shared with me I ncludi ng a recent divorce, a move out of state and big life changes, that I do not honestly know existed or not when he made a firm commitment to learning for one year and six months, consecutive or non-consecutive, at my studio and when he made the down payment into my business bank account. As I have provided you and the Revdex.com with a detailed account of all communications and transactions history between Mr [redacted] and my business, It Is my utmost desire to provide Mr [redacted] with a remedy to his dissatisfaction in a reasonable mannerI would like assistance with the best way to goabout establishing a reasonable plan moving forward for this to happen where Mr [redacted] is willing to work with me to make this happen as this is not only a hardship for him, but for my business as wellI do notat all, want to avoid establishing a mutually agreeable plan moving forward and never at any point in time haveIavoided Mr [redacted] nor put him offAs Mr [redacted] wrote in a text message he sent to me on January 27th, 2017, "Honestly, if you had a piece of gear in there l (Mr [redacted] ) could sell for $2,I would call the whole thing even." I would like to work with this offer he suggested in his text on January 27th, Again, I want to work this out with Mr [redacted] at the soonest possible timeCan the Revdex.com help Mr [redacted] and I come to agreement of terms on this where I either provide Mr, [redacted] with a piece audio gear valued at $2,or I will make my very best effort to provide Mr[redacted] with $2,to call everythi ng even and extend studio recording time and educational learning time in accordance with the services I offer valued for the remaining amount of $3,000, which can be redeemed by Mr [redacted] at the time of his choosing, whichwe both must agree on appropriate scheduling on my studio calendar- as we did the entire time he was a happy client of mineI bear no hard feelings towards Mr [redacted] , I would like to see him content and as I wrote, he could redeem the studio time and educational learning time in my studio in the remaining amount of $3,for as long as my business is in existencePlease advise me, [redacted] ***, on how to proceed with making this agreement of terms possible with Mr [redacted] I very much appreciate you and your team taking the time to read this response I n full and l will do whatever necessary to complywith the Revdex.com to make this right by all parties involvedI have some questions for the Revdex.com regarding this matterWhat is the best way to contact you, [redacted] ? Are you personally looking into this matter and if so, I would like to speak with you please assoonas possible to ensure that I am doing everything in my power to satisfy my customer and resolve this mattet and also toprevent any negative and /or untrue and/or unfair claims about me or my business, given the factual proof I have provided, to be made publicwhichcould reflect on mybusiness ethics, whoI am and wha t my life has been all aboutThank you, again, for the opportunity to explain the circumstances of thissituation and I can be reached at any time forany supporting documentation and informationSincerley, [redacted] ***

Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to address complaint ID #  [redacted] and for the graciousness in not pre-judging who I am and what my longstanding business's mission has been and continues to be for over four decades in your letter sent to me. [redacted] on February...

10, 2017. I greatly admire the work of the Revdex.com and my desire always is to first and foremost ensure the satisfaction of my clients and customers to provide the highest level of professional services within myfield of expertise and in my recording facilities and second, to be in perfect standing with regulatory  and quality assurance agencies especially the Revdex.com, with Utmost respect and transparency.   l am extremely saddened that a once very happy client of mine, Mr.[redacted], is now discontented with me and my business. Not only am I saddened, but l will continue to do everything in my power to address and remedy any conflict that Mr. [redacted] may feel. I would like to take this opportunity to provide the history of my relationship with Mr. [redacted] and the timeline in which all of my transactions/communications  with him occurred as well as the nature of those transactions and/or communications.   Mr. [redacted] and his wife first became clients at my legendary music recording studio starting in May of 2016, to be exact, their first day of recording in my studio was on May 29th, 2016. From May through June 2016, they scheduled a couple of recording sessions at my studio to work on recording their music. During this time, I got nothing but rave reviews from them both and since they lived somewhat far from my studio in Shoreline, WA, l offered for them to stay in a guest room on-site, for no additional cost, simply as a way to say, "We appreciate you as our clients and we will extend every courtesy, above and beyond the call of duty, to you and your family. He was grateful, but declined my offer and instead they chose to stay in a hotel in downtown Seattle. Working together during these recording sessions was a wonderful experience for all and I welcomed them back any time- everyone was very happy.   On December 19th, 2016, Mr. [redacted] me via text message asking if there studio was available for him to book some time to record. l was very glad to hear from him and replied with possible available dates and we both agreed to find the best time to schedule him in  the studio after the holidays. We exchanged very friendly and mutually respectful messages at this time. On December 21st, 2016, I received a text message from M r. [redacted] inquiring  about the educational opportunities provided inmy facilities and sending me warm holiday wishes. Again, I was happy to hear from him. we exchanged friendly and positive text messages and I replied to him with basic information regarding learning opportunities. l did not prompt M r.[redacted] to ask me about educational opportunities and I did not solicit him about this prior to his inquiry. He may have observed students or classes in another area of my facilities du ring his time in the studio in May or J u ne 2016, and/or I may have mentioned the educational opportunities I provide in my facilities in passing to him, but never, at any time, did I ask him to join our community as a student nor did I encourage hi m to get involved on an educational level. Therefore, I would like to initially address my first concern with his complaint when he states, "I (Mr. [redacted]) have been taken advantage of." Mr. [redacted] may have observed classes on-site or I may have men tioned that we provide educational opportuni ties in the studio, but I never solicited Mr. [redacted] to pay to learn in my facilitie. Most every person who has come to me asking if they can be taught by me in my legendary recording facilities over the last several decades has learned about me and the studio through notoriety or bands and artists like Nirvana doing their final recording session in my studio before Kurt Cobain passed away or artists like Macklemore & Ryan Lewis recording some of their biggest hits at [redacted] Studios. I am at a place I n my life where I have worked so hard to build this studio an d keep my business alive through industry ups and downs, barely scraping by at times, through thick and thin, with passion and drive to inspire and grow with others and it  is my main mission to share what I have built With passionate students and artists, producers and engineers and creators of all kinds I n order to enhance the arts and continue to be a hub for music production and creation, So, when l offer studio time like this to someone who shows a great passion for learning, it is wi th the hope that they will utiltze the time to create things that inspire them and become part of thei r lives and mine forever. Money has never been a passion of mine, it has been a way to create this studio inan environment unlike any other I n order for me to share it with others and I have always opened my doors to people who share this drive, at most times, being overly generous, as I have been told by those close to me, wi th goods and services that I give in comparison to the money I receive. During my conversation with Mr. [redacted] on December 27th, 2016.I also offered him to be able to have a key to lockupthe studio by himself If he were to work late or long hours in the studio since I felt I knew him pretty well, he was a trusted client, and I wanted to give him the opportunity to stay after hours if needed. He replied to this offer by saying, "Thank you so much. I will learn fast, make you proud and bring in clients! ©" On December 28th, 2016, Mr. [redacted]  deposited, at his own will and time, $5,000 into my business banking account and texted me to say, "Money is in." l replied by saying, 'Thank you. Welcome to the Academy!" And we bad a very clear understanding that Mr. [redacted] was committed to the training discussed, as was I and the timeline discussed by us both. There was never any question in my mind that we were In a great working relationship with the commitment tolearning and a passion for building our relationship further. In my businesses, my educational entity pays rent for use of the studio facilities to operate out of. The ren t Is $7,300. M r. [redacted]'s educational down payment for the one year and six month time period for his learning was automatically put into my educational entity's business account and was used for Academy operations immed iately. On December 31st, 2016, Mr. [redacted] sent me a text message stating. "My life is not so good. It looks like I'm going to be moving out of state so I will not be able to attend your school. I'm really sorry, l went through a divorce and things are all over. l don't know if there Is a refund. l guess let me know." I replied by saying, "l am shocked. I can do my best to get your funds back as soon as possible." I did not get a reply to this for the rest of the day on December 31st, 2016. On January 1st, 2017. Mr. [redacted] replied to the text I had sent him the previous day saying, "O kay," On January 4th, 2017, Mr. [redacted] sent me text message saying, "I'm moving out of state, so I t just won't work I'm sorry. Okay, let me know.'' I replied to this message by saying, "Okay [redacted] (Mr. [redacted]), just to let you know I will get this to you, but the timing at this moment hinges on more revenue coming in," as I never saw this coming and have never dealt with a situation of this kind and magnitude in all my time in business. l also sent him a message saying, "l have no personal savings, otherwise I would get you something immediately. Iwill keep you informed." At this time, Mr. [redacted] and I are working together to try to find a solution to his hardship and there are absolutely no ill  feelings or negative words exchanged. My policy has always been to do everything in my power to make things right with any and every client or customer and unfortunately the funds Mr. struggle myself in my business. I have always accommodated a customer's potential,    unforeseen inability to attend my educational services or studio services by extending the time period in which would work best for them, offering almost unfettered access to my studio facilities and services on their time. I have made good on my word with any agreement I have made with a customer, as I stated before, otherwise I would not have been In business successfully for 44 years. I feel extremely sorry for Mr. [redacted] and the personal troubles he was and may still be experiencing and since the moment he asked if a refund was even possible after he made a down payment, I have stayed in close contact with him trying my hardest andmaking best efforts to get him a reftmd in full, but I have not had the cash flow to do this and never once have I denied Mr.[redacted] services. In order to showhimthat I am enduring a temporary hardship and am making best efforts to provide him a full refund, I have provided internal financial businessinformation, I have offered him pieces of audio equipment and I have continuously said that I would make best efforts to return his payment. There are several inaccuracies inM r. [redacted]'s claim (including the claim, which I described above when he stated that "I have been taken advantage of which I just do not feel could ever be true based on our correspondence, which I have clearly provided in thisdocument to share with the BB B) as well as the statement he made in his claim to the Revdex.com that, "Within a day I had said I no longer can go and was promised a refund." This Is untrue. Three days had passed between his deposit of $5,000 on December 26thto when he first sent me a text message on December 31stsaying, "My life Is not so good. My life is not so good . It looks like I'm gong to be moving out of state.'' When he sent me this text message, I was not dear if he may or may not be moving out of state and /or If there may be a posslbillty of him coming back within a period of time to learn in the studio as I had all along been willing to extend our services and facilities to accommodate his needs. I honestly, did not know what to think when I received this message from him and as I wrote back to him via text, "I am shocked," I truly was. A third inaccuracy in Mr. [redacted]'s claim to the Revdex.com Is when he states, "I was promised a refund." I have always made it clear that Iwill do my best to get him his deposit back as soon asIpossibly can- I have not walvered from this position and I have only tried all prospects within my power to get the deposit back to him. I have offered to give him studio time, services, and even gear as a temporary solution to this matter, but he has refused all offers and was never angry or upset with me, as far as I could tell over text messaging, until only very recently. A fourth inaccuracy in Mr. [redacted]'s claim to the Revdex.com is when he states, 'text after text for months I have been put off." I have been in regular and consistent communication with Mr. [redacted] since his life circumstances have changed and he asked me if a refund was possible. I have all of the text messages to snow this and I ammorethan willing to share these with the Revdex.com for confirmation of this factual information. Also, the time period since Mr. [redacted] first sent me text message describing his problems, asking me if there was even a possibility for a refund  on December 31th, 2016 to the date that I received the notice from the Revdex.com regard ing his complaint, postmarked on February 10th, 2017, it has been 6 weeks or 1.5 months. When I read Mr. [redacted]'s Statement of the Problem, I am shocked to see his anger and tn see bow he is depicting this situation, me and my business. It ts not even close to factual that I haveamultimillion dollarmansion, which can be clearly seen by visiting Zillow to see the property value and it is completely Inaccurate that I have a million dollars worth of gear here. My gear has been a collective effort between colleagues and I  over the span of 44 years of accumulation. hard work and technical repairs and configurations that I have done with my own two bands. While l completely disagree with Mr. [redacted]'s claims and with the manner in which he has chosen to remedy this matter by desiring to give a "warning to all about this business," I am empathetic to his personal life problems. which he has shared with me I ncludi ng a recent divorce, a move out of state and big life changes, that I do not honestly know existed or not when he made a firm commitment to learning for one year and six months, consecutive or non-consecutive, at my studio and when he made the down payment into my business bank account. As I have provided you and the Revdex.com with a detailed account of all communications and transactions history between Mr. [redacted] and my business, It Is my utmost desire to provide Mr. [redacted] with a remedy to his dissatisfaction in a reasonable manner. I would  like assistance with the best way to goabout establishing a reasonable plan moving forward for this to happen where Mr. [redacted] is willing to work with me to make this happen as this is not only a hardship for him, but for my business as well. I do notat all, want to  avoid establishing a mutually agreeable plan moving forward and never at any point in time haveIavoided Mr. [redacted] nor put him off. As Mr. [redacted] wrote in a text message he sent to me on January 27th, 2017, "Honestly, if you had a piece of gear in there l (Mr. [redacted] ) could sell for $2,000 I would call the whole thing even." I would like to work with this offer he suggested in his text on January 27th, 2017. Again, I want to work this out with Mr. [redacted] at the soonest possible time. Can the Revdex.com help Mr. [redacted] and I come to agreement of terms on this where I either provide Mr, [redacted] with a piece audio gear valued at $2,000 or I will make my very best effort to provide Mr.[redacted] with $2,000 to call everythi ng even and extend studio recording time and educational learning time in accordance with the services I offer valued for the remaining amount of $3,000, which can be redeemed by Mr. [redacted] at the time of his choosing, whichwe both must agree on appropriate scheduling on my studio calendar- as we did the entire time he was a happy client of mine. I bear no hard feelings towards Mr. [redacted], I would like to see him content and as I wrote, he could redeem the studio time and educational learning time in my studio in the remaining amount of $3,000 for as long as my business is in existence. Please advise me, [redacted], on how to proceed with making this agreement of terms possible with Mr. [redacted]. I very much appreciate you and your team taking the time to read this response I n full and l will do whatever necessary to complywith the Revdex.com to make this right by all parties involved. I have some questions for the Revdex.com regarding this matter. What is the best way to contact you, [redacted]? Are you personally looking into this matter and if so, I would like to speak with you  please assoonas possible to ensure that I am doing everything in my power to satisfy my customer and  resolve this mattet and also toprevent any negative  and /or untrue and/or unfair claims about me or my business, given the factual proof I have provided, to be made publicwhichcould reflect on mybusiness ethics, whoI am and wha t my life has been all about. Thank you, again, for the opportunity to explain the circumstances of thissituation and I can be reached at any time forany supporting documentation and information. Sincerley, [redacted]
