Revdex.com:I would like to note for the record that I have resolved this issue by visiting the business in personThey failed to mail or call me before hand(I received no mail, though my former landlords regularly pass on mail to me, they are freinds on mineI received no message on my phone).The business did try to email me later to resolve the issue, but I stopped by on a Monday after seeing their unhelpful public response on a FridayI think this business really needs to work on its customer service That being the case, I am willing to close this complaintI have attained my eye prescription and paid the remaining bill on my account that I just found out aboutThank you, [redacted]

,Per our conversation I wish to respond to Ms [redacted]. [redacted]'s complaint about our office. Ms [redacted] states that she contacted our office for her eye glass prescription at which time she stated was not sent to her. In speaking to our mail coordinator on both occasions the prescription was sent...

to her. In checking the "Contact Us" form online we do not see any request to contact our office. In researching this complaint we found that the patient has a balance on her account. The patient has been sent statements without response. It appears that there is a problem with the mail delivery.I believe instead of contacting the Revdex.com her best case in solving her problem would have been to contact the office manager to solve any problems she felt she was having. Also, since she has not been receiving any of our mail a visit to her local post office may have helped. I believe the avenue she chose to pursue did not give her the correct results.I have called the Ms. [redacted] without response.  Thank you taking the time to speak with me about this case.
