company in fact As a result, my team's time and postage was wasted submitting the incorrect informationBecause the incorrect insurance company responded that the individual was not covered, we logically sent a bill to the patient Instead of providing us with the correct information, the patient left rude messages about the billMy father died of cancer, and I take very seriously the patient's and insulting claims. It was only when I emailed the patient, that I finally was able to obtain the proper insurance information To this date, we not only saw the patient, but my staff and I spent a considerable amount of time dealing with the insurance problems the patient caused, we have not received a penny on behalf of this patient It is infuriating that a human being has the lack of integrity l to file a complaint, when ALL of the problems and delays are a direct result of their mistake It is sad people act this way.
