September 13 2015[redacted] contacted us on July 23rd letting us know that he had returned the instrument in March. I explained that we require a return authorization form but since he already returned it I asked the Sales Representative for his school to go pick it up. On August 19, he...

called back very upset that he is still getting calls and letters for payment. I explained to him that we have not been able to find his daughter's flute and asked if he knew where exactly it was left so we can contact the teacher. Later on August 19th, contacted [redacted] and explained that both the sales representative and the Music Teacher has looked throughout all the schools that she teachers in, as well as, all the offices and the flute is still not able to be found. At that time, I explained to [redacted] that if the instrument was stolen, we would need a police report and that would clear him of any money due. [redacted] said he didn't want to hear about it, that we just need to take a loss and hung up.Later on the same day, August 19th [redacted] called and found the flute, we explained our return procedure again, that we would mail him a return authorization form, he didn't want to wait. We asked him to at least but a note on the instrument to identify it as his so that we can pick it up for him. He threatened to contact the Revdex.com at this time. We asked him if he would like to speak to the manager, at which time he hung up,We mailed the return authorization form to his new address on file at [redacted], Watsontown, PA [redacted]. He said he would return it to [redacted] Middle School.As of today, his rental contract remains open and the instrument has not been returned He has a past due amount of $35.08 for his September monthly payment due on the 4th of September, .Robert * S[redacted] is waiting for the return of the instrument as well as payment for September so that we can close his contract with us. If you have any other questions, please let me know.Sincerely, Denise T.Accounts Manager
