Business indicated they were out of town when the customer called and hadn't forwarded their calls to voice mail She contacted the customer upon return and went out January 5th or 6th and resolved the customer's concerns She asked the customer to call if there were any other issues and
they haven't heard from her They believe this problem to be resolved
