My husband and I retained Bo Mto assist with an employment issue when we were living in FLHe charged us $($up front and $a month later.) He wrote a one paragraph letterNow, we can't get him to return calls or emailsI would not recommend him to anyoneHe's unresponsive and not helpful at all
I hired MrM regarding an employment issue He didn't follas per my instructions, misled us & ended our last conversation by hanging up
I hired MrM regarding a dispute with an ex employer regarding my termination and also that I was improperly categorized as a independent contractor when I should have been categorized as a full-time employee, based on the generally accepted definition and checklist required for independent contractor status MrM agreed we had a strong case and accepted me as a client
He thought it was likely that the employer would settle quickly once they received our letter but also stated that if it went to court we should be able to easily prove our case
MrM sent us his contract which did indicate that he did not guarantee he would file a law suit but did contain a lengthy payment schedule that included his fees for the demand letter, filings, arbitration and even trial and appeal possibilities Based on these detailed fees and his assuranc
I hired MrMichael based on his experience and expertise I was unfairly fired from a job while pregnant I was never able to speak to the attorney unless he called me directly and was never updated on my case unless I emailed the assistant Come to find out that he called me to advise that he no longer handles this type of case but could refer me to someone else What a waste of time and money!

I retained the services of Bo Min late November in regards to what I thought was a retaliated firing My former employer tried to block my unemployment benefitsI appealed and won my benefits I received a mailing from the Robert Michael Law Firm LLC to discuss my case since I won the unemployment appeal I called and we discussed the facts of my case My husband and I drove over to the Orlando area, I believe, the day after Thanksgiving I gave him a retainer of $and a few months later another $ He wrote some letters Made a few phone calls I guess my complaint isn't really with MrMichael but with his assistant She didn't respond to calls, email messages, etc The worst of it is that a "Notice of Determination" was issued and mailed directly to MrMichael's office This "Notice" gave days for me to file a Petition for Relief from the date of signature which was February 27, I was sent an email at 2:03pm on March 9th saying MrMichael would call me at 5:30pm that same day I don't sit on my email It was March 13th by the time I actually spoke to MrMichael He informed me that he does not take these cases to trial I vaguely remember him telling me he worked on getting settlements But given the fact that almost days had gone by by the time I spoke to him There is no way another attorney could put this together Needless to say, I'm not happy MrMichael should consider getting rid of his assistant
