Robert Moore

Robert More installed a gate on my property at [redacted] on 9/17/2015 which he was paid in full for $980.00. On 9/18/2015 I call and informed Robert Moore that he had improperly installed the gate opening, lock and handle on the left side and not the right side. The gate should open like all gates/doors open out to the right, just like the one he removed opened to the right. He never told (or asked) me that he would be installing it on the left and not the right like it should be. I made no request to have it open to the left because all doors open to the right. I understand that e made a mistake but he refused to correct it or honor the I year warranty he gave on the gate parts and labor creates a problem now and in the future. You cannot do what You want when someone is paying you. Robert Moore did what he wanted and not what I paid him to do which was to install a gate that would open and lock on the right side.Product_Or_Service: Gate and Lock Desired SettlementThe resolution I would like is that Robert Moore refund my money since he refuses to communicate with me, and obviously has no intentions of honoring the 1 year warranty he gave on the fence. Furthermore he is operating without a business license in the City of Memphis.
