I am rejecting this response because:MrMoran did not send to me a "circled article". The Dec10, 2014, statement that MrMoran wrote to you is not accurate.Telecom on March 18, 2014, at 10:a.mfrom Chuck P*** doing business as Moran Insurance regarding my questions on Article Covered Person(s) and 9: MrP*** confirmed to me that my two daughters are listed as insured and covered by our auto insurance policy, even though they have apts., since they use my wife's and/or my cars.

Upon [redacted] request I provided who was covered under his policy. I also enclosed a current dec page which shows everyone covered under this policy. I have also enclosed the definition of the policies. If, You see on page 3 I have circled what a family member is. These are the items that [redacted] requested.
Again, if we are still talking about his daughter who moved to New York and bought a townhome then the language of this policy would show there wouldn't be any coverage for her going forward. That is why I requested [redacted] to provide me with a letter from his daughter to be removed from the policy.
Again, this has clearly been a conversation that was lost in translation.Regards,Robert M

I am rejecting this response because:
I telephoned my insurance agent, Chuck P[redacted] of the Moran
Insurance Agency, to inquire about the process of verifying insurance coverage
when one rents a vehicle. The night before my daughter was not able to verify
her insurance coverage when renting a vehicle. 
Chuck P[redacted] did not answer the phone but Rob Moran did.
Rob M[redacted] said he “does not do business that way”; indicating
to me that she was not insured. This is contrary to my insurance understanding.
I request from Mr. Rob M[redacted] a written statement clarifying all who are insured in my
family and the time period of coverage, not just focused on one daughter so I
can understand clearly if my family is insured and who may not be. Thank you.

I Robert M[redacted] at Moran insurance would like to respond to a complaint that was made on 10/31/2014.[redacted] called my office October 2, 2014 approximately 5:00 P.M. to let us know that his daughter was purchasing a townhome in New York and he...

wanted to inform me of this change on his auto insurance policy. I explained to [redacted] that we would need a letter from his daughter to remove her from the policy. He asked why? I then asked [redacted] if his daughter was a full time student. He said No. I explained to him that if his daughter was no longer a full time student or a resident in his home That she would no longer be covered under his policy. He said he understood and to have his agent Chuck call him in the morning I never said “we don't do business that way”. This was clearly a misunderstanding on [redacted] part and that is unfortunate but I have been in business since 1997 and have never had this problem and will continue to serve my clients with the best quality service.Sincerely,Robert M
