Arizona Auto Lenders is in the process of resolving the complaint with *** *** in regards to a loan that was taken out by her husband/ex-husband on their 2007 Toyota CorollaIn reference to her complaint she stated that her husband took out the loan without her knowledge
and that it was illegal for Arizona Auto Lenders to do the loan without consent and signatures from both her and her husbandHowever, this is not the case in this situationThe title that was used for the Toyota was an “or” title, meaning that either her OR her husband have a right of responsibility to do what they would like to do with the title With that being said, we are trying to reach Ms*** to work out an arrangement that would get the title released to her and release her of any responsibility to pay the remainder that is owed on the loanBased on the situation with her and her children we are willing to help her out as we canWe have reached out to Ms. *** at the number that was given in the complaint and left messages starting Friday May 1st, but have not heard back from herWe sent Ms*** the title to the address given in the complaint on 5/6/2015.Thank you,

They shouldn't have given a loan and taken a title without my approval. Someone cannot buy/lease a car without both owners approval why would this be any different.
