Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I am rejecting Robert's responseHe is arguing the fact that I refused a fourth time to bring my car to himThat is not addressing the real issue here which is that I paid for services which I did not receiveHad the services been rendered on January as agreed upon, I wouldn't even had had to bring the car three times for him to look atHe is even lying about me only requesting a test-driveHe offered to test drive it once and after he said it was okay I took the carBut the other two times, I left the car all day at the garageAnd if he was so intent on fixing the problem by changing the brakes, why didn't he do that the three times that I took the car back after January 14? If he was of good faith, he would have attempted to do thatHe only mentioned me bringing it back after I told him that I got someone else's opinion on the matter and that he needed to reimburse meWith regards to the oil change, I had asked his wife about it when I saw the sticker and she said it was done at [redacted] ***They should get their story straight.I've attached another diagnostic from a different company which is confirming the dealership's diagnosticIt is very clear here that Robert is trying to scam me and try to get money for services he did not perform.Once again, Robert should get stuck on the fact that I refused to bring the car a fourth time or that I took the car to the dealership for a second opinionHe should try to explain why the brakes and rotors are not brand newThe brakes should not have been used as much as they have; and the rotors should certainly have no rust on them] Regards, [redacted]

[I am rejecting Robert's response. He is arguing the fact that I refused a fourth time to bring my car to him. That is not addressing the real issue here which is that I paid for services which I did not receive. Had the services been rendered on January 14 as agreed upon, I wouldn't even had had to bring the car three times for him to look at. He is even lying about me only requesting a test-drive. He offered to test drive it once and after he said it was okay I took the car. But the other two times, I left the car all day at the garage. To: [redacted] Dear Joyce,Here is our response to [redacted]'s claim that she has filed with the Revdex.com submitted on 05/04/2017 and was assigned an ID of [redacted]. On Jan14th, 2017, we gave an initial quote to have the front brakes and rotors to be changed at a quote of...

323.20. This included an oil change that was also included with the service request. As with all services we perform, we contacted [redacted] to ask if she wanted the service done at the quote we gave her, She agreed and we performed the work as requested and changed the FRONT rotors and brakes and did the oil change.In [redacted]'s response, she stated that [redacted] did the oil change which is not possible as they are a auto parts stores. The oil change parts came from [redacted], which we have receipts for and we performed the oil change service along with the brakes and rotors. All of which we have receipts for.[redacted] brought the car back three times saying that the brakes were not operating properly. We offered to replace what she thought Were the defective parts (brakes and rotors), she refused and continued to ask us to take it for a test drive. We made every attempt to fix the problem, but she refused.[redacted] wanted a second opinion and took her car to a dealership, which she never told which one it was, and stated that they fixed the problem without changing the brakes and rotors. We do not how this was possible. We repeatly asked her to bring the car back and we would replace the brakes and rotors, and again she refused.She has already taken the bill, $323.30, from our business account without any investigation. She is trying get services without paying. We have been in business for four years and have served thousands of customers with no compliants.
