After a substantial wind and rain storm, Ms*** called me again to say that that same portion of leaf guard had come off along with another portion I went back to her house and re-attached the leafguard that had come off I explained again the reason this was happening The complaint has been resolved Thank you.*** *** Roofing and Gutters, Inc
