I am rejecting this response because:
1) They did not offer any resolution in their response. There is merely an explaination that they said they would come back out to get the spots and/or odor out. If the service was reputable, the spots would have already been removed and there would be no odor where disinfected in the first place. Further, I watched the method of cleaning and it was not detailed enough to make a difference. 2) They explained on the phone that if they did come back out it would not change anything because it would essentially be the same service. So if nothing would change then why waste their time and chemicals a second time? I asked for a refund. I would be willing to take a partial refund but the company is not willing to be fair. I feel that is an amicable solution.

We offered to come back and get the spots out/retreat you called 2 days before Christmas and we where booked being a small business and family owned and operated we do not have the resources or crews you would get with a bigger company. So yes 2 days before Christmas we where booked solid. And...
