I Despise this conman! He completely screwed my partner and I in 2013, after we bought our First home.
The man is a complete waste of any money!
DO NOT PAY UPFRONT!
Unfortunately he did the same to Me, as well as my Mother-in-Law! She paid half, upfront ($600), waited and nothing was done. Then a few weeks after, he called my Mother-in-Law again, saying he was "In a Pickle" and needed the other half.
HE STILL HADN'T EVEN STARTED THE JOB!
Luckily by that time, She was NOT going to give him a dime! AFTER WEEKS MORE OF WAITING; NOTHING!
Finally, She decided it was time to file a Police report and take him to Court. That Court case lasted over 2+ Years! He wouldn't even show up for COURT DATES!
Finally, the DA got involved; he was Fined, He was forced to pay her back. And, he even did face Jail time. This all began in 2013-2014.
I would NOT want to see Him walking somewhere while I'm driving, that's how much I Despise him for all he did to Us All.

Review: Mr. Sherpinskas failed to complete my job in a timely manner.He was paid ahead, and since July he stated he would be here many times. He had many excuses why he can't be here. He would give me a day and time and then not show up. He has a cabinet of mine that he said was completed by August 27 2013. I tried to resolve this as late as yesterday and again he said he would be here and he did not show.He was also paid to install a counter and appliances.The counter is in,but not bolted. He also has Formica that belongs to me ....I really did believe him and sat home many, many days waiting for him, and he never gave a courtesy call. I am tired and really just want my cabinet and the work I paid for completed. He has a zillion reasons why he doesn't come. Please help me. My house is in disarray since July . I paid in full,and up front for a $1300 job.He took my cabinet and all he did was make a Formica counter.Some examples of the excuses he gives is he needs a lady`s house done.That was three weeks ago.Another excuse is that his shop was closing.He also claims he is having problems with his wife. He also tells me he has a sore leg, back,rotator cuff problem, he has to pick up his mother in law at [redacted] Airport. All in all, all I'm looking for is to get my cabinet back, my appliances installed,my counter bolted to the base, and any other work that goes along with this work,which I paid for. I'm tired of looking at the unfinished project. I'm especially tired of the excuses he gives me about where my cabinet is. He is holding up my painter. Not to mention this is very inconvenient for the family.I was very understanding to his "problems" since July.But,enough is enough. I tried to resolve this many times, but he refuses to give me respect, and just work with me. Thank you for your time, and please help us resolve this matterDesired Settlement: All I want is the work completed immediately. And if it can't be done, and my cabinet can not be returned, I want a refund. Also I would like my cabinet replaced with one of the same value, if he can not return it. Thank you.
