Robert T. Napier And Associates P.c

Robert T. Napier and Associates is a firm run out of my father's Life Insurance Company which was family owned for over 100 years...American Life Insurance Company...my brother lost his entry level law firm job so my father gave him a job at his insurance company when he was sick with cancer. I stayed and cared for my dad through this horrific hell of a disease. This brother of mine used the offices and secretarial and accounting dept. to support his supposed law practice while he sucked assets out of the company, after my dear father passed away he (my brother) proudly announced to me he knew how to suck the assets out of the company. I asked "how much do I get?" He said "nothing, it is my company" I was so shocked I was so betrayed by my brother who I cared for his entire life. He proceeded to disconnect the company phone number so policy holders could not contact the company, and no longer even had the address or info listed anywhere...yes he sucked the assets out and all this among a great deal of self aggrandizement and demonizing anyone (me) who knew what he was up to.
My father told him he should have given me that position because I would have built that company to which he replied with wrath and hatred, he was taken in with a job out of pity and stole a fortune and destroyed a family legacy. Now he promotes himself as a wealth preservation lawyer, no he is an expert on the theft and destruction of assets.
He promotes himself as a huge success story from a so called "frugal family" which is nonsense...he is a spoiled lazy brat and a professional taker...but hey he goes to his Catholic Priest who tells him he is forgiven so it is all good...this is beyond scary.
