Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because the issues have not been resolved I have not received anything in writing from USAA that all of the unauthorized/fraudulent transactions made on /24/have been permanently removed Just another e-mail from yet another (I think there have been at least a dozen) USAA customer service person that USAA 's last e-mail was yet another mistake Regards,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I acknowledge literal interpretation of established policies, but I maintain that, combined with the image put forth by USAA as careful and caring regarding its clients, an account with less than one fifth of the attempted debit should have been referred to customer serviceMy service has been declining since I became known as transgender to your company, and while you may cite the literal and technical, I have reason to believe my service will further declineI am choosing to move my finances to what I consider more reliable hands, and refer LGBT and low-income individuals away when asked for feedbackHave a nice day.
Regards,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I have told USAA repeatedly that I work 8:5pmEST and when I try to login to see their erroneous point of view I am locked out of my accountEvery time!!!!, when I call they are never availableAnd now they are playing representative switch games! I am infuriated at the lack of professionalism and urgency to get in touch with me! I offered to start making payments once they fix their mistake, which they are still not owning up to and where is *** who was part of the problem? Lies, deceit and corruption is what I feel they are up toNever received a letter that was stated upon no resolution from the other representative, but yet more late credit card statements.
Regards,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
***,
I am
rejecting this response because:
First I'd
like to say thank you for crediting my account for the credit monitoring
serviceI agree that the relationship between USAA and myself has been
damagedAt my earliest convenience I will be searching for another company to insure my homes and vehicles and closing my checkings and savings
In response
to you saying I acknowledged receiving the notices; what I actually said was,
"I received the notices after I found out about the loan." They were
sent via email and I check my email sporadicallyI went through my emails AFTER
I found out that there was a loan
Nevertheless, I asked for the notes from my
account and recorded conversationsI need these because I will be turning them
over to an attorney to fight this battle for meIf I'm not mistaken, I believe
it's my legal right to have any recordings of me and notes affiliated with my
account.
Regards,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
At this point there is nothing you can say that will make this right with meYou as my bank did not uphold your own policy when it came to depositsMaybe there is nothing more I can say to you that will change your minds, but I will keep pressing the issue until I get a real answerYou guys messed up and refuse to own up to your mistake/s so I will seek help from other sources FDIC,Office of the comptroller, FBI, CIA and the Board of DirectorsAfter plus years of loyalty and bring my entire military family over to USAAIf this is what you have to offer as a bank I will let them know that they have no fraud protection of any kindI am going to encourage them to move all their funds.
