* Dear Lieutenant ***: I am responding to your submission regarding two funds transfers from your USAA Federal Savings Bank checking account that were not received by the intended party. I regret any
frustration this has caused Thank you for speaking with *** ***, of our staff, who researched your issue and determined that since the intended recipient does not have a USAA deposit account, the funds were sent via PayPal and the recipient must work with PayPal to claim the funds. Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The money was taken out of a youth account which REQUIRES my name to be on the account, therefor you are literally taking money from a minor, who is not obliged to this contract based on a loop holeMinors can not be held to these contracts, therefor you are holding a minor accountable without their ability to dispute or disclaimI have contacted other banks who have stated that while yes you CAN do this, do take from a youth account is NOT in the general practice of other financial institutions. I am requesting the Revdex.com look into the legal technicality of this claim since a minor is involved.
Regards,
*** ***
