Excellent Excellent Excellent. They were beyond our expectations. They tracked down almost perfectly matching bricks to our 30+ year old house. The fellows were friendly, prompt, courteous, on budget, well priced,....and they cleaned up so well during and after the job! I highly recommend them.

Being a newbie in fireplace ownership and just buying a house with one I called these guys, based on reviews, to come check out my new fireplace before lighting it up. From the lady answering the phone to the guys that came out to check my fireplace the service exceeded expectations! Not only did the gentleman explain the inner workings and codes ( as I asked because I plan on refacing it) he gave me useful tips and announced that my fireplace was clean and didn't charge me a penny. Not even for the service call! Honesty, good work ehtics and value with a smile. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I will always call them in the future. Thank you Black Cat!!

I purchased a year old house with a brick fireplaceI had them come in and inspect the fireplace and chimney They gave me an estimate and stuck to itThey repaired a neglected chimney by tearing down rows of old bricks, rebuilding it with matching brink, and capping the whole thing with aluminum, to prevent further issuesThey also installed a wood burning insert into the existing fireplaceHe made recommendations on what we told him we were looking forIt looks great!
They left nothing behind in either jobThey laid a tarp down on the lawn when doing the outside work to collect everythingWhen working inside, they left no mess or anything for me to doThey took the time to show me what they did and how to operate the unit
