Desert Valley completed a beautiful kitchen remodel at my in-laws house recently and tore out the old kitchen and replaced with new cabinets, island, counters, appliances, lighting and paintingWe are currently working with them to remodel our year old kitchen with new cabinets, counters, sink and lightingHighly recommended

We hired Desert Valley Contracting for a commercial project Due to their delays and inability to provide the appropriate plans to the City of Henderson, we are now 45+ days past our original start date for the business We gave them a deposit and they refunded a portion We attempted to dispute a portion of what they withheld and they will not answer our questions, provide understandable billing information or provide lien releases from the subcontractors they worked with We finally called the subs directly to ensure they had been paid so that they will not lien our project We cannot, in good conscience, recommend these people for any commercial job We will pursue the lack of appropriate billing information and additional funds back from them through the contractors' licensing board and our attorney

Upon receiving my engagement ring, my fiancee and I realized it was a tad too large and brought it into Robert's JewelersWe had a simple resizing requestedThis was completed a week later, but we noticed that something had changed in the ringOne of the side accent diamonds was moved out of its grove, and shifted significantlyWe brought it back in, and at first, Bob S*** did not admit that something was wrong but, as we would not relent, he eventually didWhile he may have offered to fix this free of charge and return my ring the next day, we were sadly mistaken in trusting him again with this priceless ringWe got it back the next day, and not only was the diamond not fixed, the setting was severely damaged, with other markings/scratches now being presentI do not want to drag on and on, as there are more issues but I cannot sit by and let others not knowing how poorly a job was done and how badly treated we were by this jewelerWe are now in the process of going through a jewelry insurance company and protection plan, but it seems as though I will not be returned my actual ring, that I will have to replace it (and not only that, but purchase an entirely new ring) rather than repair the damaged partsThat is how badly Robert's Jewelers 'repairs' their workWhile the resizing is what we paid for, and that was done to satisfaction, one would expect that if a customer asked for their money back after damage to their product, a business (especially ones that is all about their customers happiness) would indeed refund the customersHowever, this was not the case with Robert's, and actually tried to blame us for the issuesDO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU VALUE TO THIS JEWELER

I had Desert Valley Contracting do a significant amount of work on my house in Las Vegas due to fire damageIt took a very long timeA three month job turned into a nine month job because of their mistakesI ended taking them to court and was awarded just over $5,in November 2014...but have yet to see a dimeMy experience with Desert Valley Contracting Inc., was awful! I do not recommend this company to anyone
