My experiance with Elite Mini Vacations (I believe they changed their name to MY VIP Vacations LLC now.) was very frustrating from start to finish Seems like once they charge your credit card, you are no longer a valued customer to them I had to keep calling them to make sure my Vegas hotel was booked When I did get confirmation, they had booked the wrong hotel and for the wrong number of days I was told that the items they promised me would be waiting at the front desk when I checked in Nothing! I had to call and FINALLY get someone on the phone Received promised tickets/vouchers two days later Terrible customer service! I would NEVER do business with them again
I was not sure of the great deal that was offered to me on the phoneI took the risk at and I got my email and took the first tripI was pleased and the also gave me a second trip a cruise to the BahamasIt was great! I would reccmmend this company!
THESE PEOPLE ARE EVILTHEY CALL YOU, AND THE MOMENT YOU ASK WHERE THEY GOT THE NUMBER FROM, THEY HANG UPI KEPT ONE OF THEIR REPS ON THE PHONE FOR MINS TELLING ME ALL ABOUT THE WONDERS OF THEIR PRODUCT, ONLY TO GET THEM TO ADMIT WHO THEY ARE (ELITE MINI VACATIONS) AND THEN ASKED HIM TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LISTNO SUCH LUCK
