Review: I was at Roberto Cavalli [redacted]. Purhcased few items, $1129.65 which I noticed when I was paid, receipt says, Final Sale. The second I signed and got the receipt, I requested an immediate return since I didnt know it was a final sale. The sales rep. refused and the [redacted] wasnt available! I tried to call the store few times, no luck. All I want is to return these items and get my money back. I expect the store to return when it happned on the spot. Though, the stoer refused!!!Desired Settlement: I need a full refund for teh amount of $1129.65. If I left the store and came back, I wouldve agreed. The sales rep. refused and was very rude about it. Receipt date 12[redacted]/2013, 5:07:20pm # [redacted] All were charged to a Master Card.
