Roberto's Taco Shop Clairemont

Review: We were given the wrong food order and our child who is allergic to beef ate part of a beef taco. We specifically asked the girl to double check the order and she said it was right but when we got home and bit into our food it was wrong and this happens frequently. When we called to complain the girl who answered the phone did not speak english well enough to understand our problem and would not let me talk to a manager, The last time we had this problem we called and talked to a manager who told us the next time we are in we would get a free order and when we tried that we were told they did not remember that. This is the third time we have received our order wrong from this restaurant.Desired Settlement: I would like the store to take measures to avoid this from happening again and re-train their staff. I would like them to refund or credit our order(s).
