Review: I purchased a burrito from Roberto's, and I was not satisfied with the purchase. The food did not taste sanitary, when I returned the burrito I was told by the owner of the business that they do not give refunds even if the customer is dissatisfied. They offered to give me credit to the taco shop, however I do not want to re-visit this business and I would like my refund which was $8.30.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of my money in the amount of $8.30. I have all receipts and documentation of this purchase.

Review: On February 19, 2014 at approximately 7:10am I visited Roberto's Taco Shop. Before arriving to Roberto's Taco Shop I called in my order so that I could pick up the order and leave to head to work nearby. Unfortunaley, there was a misunderstanding in what I ordered and the lady who is pregnant at the cash wrap said: "I already put the order in." I responded ma'am I ordered the $2 burritos. Although she wanted to charge me $13 for burritos I did not want. The clerk at the cash wrap then proceeded to speak in spanish to the cook. She then fixed the prices for the burritos and charged me for 3 burritos at $2 each. Once I got to my job to pass the two burritos to my co-workers, I decided to start eating my burrito. One of my co-workers then came over and stated" Most of the burrito had egg shells inside of it." As I got further along in my eating my burrito I almost swallowed an egg shell about half the size of a quarter. From there I became upset because I felt like this intentional done to me because there was mix up with the order. From there I decided to call Roberto's and inform them of this event. However, the same clerk who was at the cash wrap proceeded to hang up the phone on me once I told her what occurred. Once this happened I left my job and drove back to Roberto's and the woman then seemed uncaring and did not apologize for what occurred to my co-worker and I. I informed her I enjoy the food there and would not be returning because no would gave me a formal apology. However, she did give me my money back with an attitude and I felt cheated as a customer.Desired Settlement: An apology from the staff
