I phoned about a tube that we not attached to the water heater to see if it was a problemI had no way of knowing if this was a problem or not, obviouslyI asked about any service charge and was told "it depends on what he does." When the serviceman came out, he did nothing because the tube's placement was ok Then the company tried to charge me a service charge after I specifically asked about it and was told it depended on what the technician did, which in this case was nothing after looking at it for under minute I then asked the serviceman to have the office call me to discuss this *** called me and started screaming at me on the phone There was no way to discuss this issue at all Very rude; misinformed me from the beginning and then did not take responsibility for this misinformation Poor customer service
