This company could possibly be out of business. If that is the case he is probably worse off than I am and can not...

make restitution unless my stuff is still sitting in his shop. No sense in wasting any more time on this guy. An apology would have been nice.

Review: I brought numerous items to Roberts Auction house in August 2014 and to date I haven't received payment. I drove past the place a few weeks ago and it looked deserted. I have tried calling but the number is disconnected. I believe he is out of business. Is there anything I can do to collect some of my money or get my things back.Desired Settlement: I want to know where my stuff or money is,and when, if ever can I expect it. I also want to know how much my stuff sold for.If I will never see it again, I want an apology from the coward. I know times are hard, that is the reason I have to sell things, so I can pay my husband's medical bills, since he became disabled. If [redacted] can't give me my money he can at least give me an apology.

Review: On april of 2014 I trusted Roberts' Auction to auction off most of the contents of my house in the [redacted] and furniture from my apartment in NYC. I even rented a truck to take the NYC furniture to storage in Kingston where Roberts picked up the pieces. I have called and email Roberts several times to get my money to no avail. He told me back in May that he would send me my money and I'm still waiting. I can no longer call him because his number is not in service. I have stopped emailing him because he doesn't answer my emails. I have retired now and I could really use this money ( $3,500.00 ) he owes me.Desired Settlement: I would like Roberts to pay me the $3,500.00 he owes me.

Review: [redacted] took furniture away from my parents house with the understanding he would pay a percentage back to my parents once he sold furniture. The $470.00 check bounced. His account had insufficient amount of money. His 2nd check was to 'a person that does not exist and the amount was less than agreed. So, two checks that are worthless. Have asked to get a certified check and have not even received a reply.Desired Settlement: I want a certified check for $470.00 to [redacted].Mail check to [redacted]
