On Jan 24th 2019 I paid 615.00 to Robert's Automotive for the repair of my leaking valve cover gaskets. In less than 12 months they were leaking again, even more so than when I first presented my truck to him. When I took my truck back to show the leak Mr. Roberts took all of 60 seconds looking at it, then declared, "no warranty". No offer to possibly exam the truck any further was made. The reason given to me was Due to the high mileage on my truck, the repair was more apt to fail, as opposed to a vehicle with low mileage, I have found NO ONE that agrees with this assessment. In addition, I called service at Rick Hendrick Toyota and the Rep told me that with using the correct materials and doing the repair correctly would result in a long-lasting repair. In addition, he said that they WOULD offer a warranty AND do the job for *$450.00*

Refund While I don't think it is a fair resolution I would accept a $300.00 refund or a $400.00 refund which would include me removing/deleting any negative words I have posted on Google and Facebook.
