Robert Heating and Air came to my home to do a estimate on my furnace and I ask them how much was the service call they said $When this old man came out to do the diagnoses I ask him did he know what the problem wasHe told me he would be down form the attack in a few minutes to tell meminutes later he came down and told me I needed a new motor I asked him how muchHe said $I told him that was too much I could not afford that priceThe other man with him had already taken out the fan and the motor without my permission and not telling me how much it would costI was a little upset about it and told him to just leave it in the hall wayNot knowing that my insurance company requires all parts to be in place before they can fix my furnaceI call Robert Heating and Air back to re-install so my insurance company could fix itRobert Heating and Air told me it would be another $service fee to come back out and put it inI told them never mind I would rather pay someone else than to pay them again for something they should not have done in the first placeA couple of days later I get a bill from Roberts Heating and Air for $REALLY!! I recently saw others online with the same issues
