I'm actually shocked to be reading this complaint especially due to the fact that when ever Mr*** called with an issue we addressed it at no additional costsWe came on 4/18/and removed an abundance amount of weeds from Mr***'s
beds along with removing shrubs and replacing them with new plants & installing new mulch (yards)Mr*** did contact us about weeds a week or two later and that he didn't think we had enough mulch spread in the back so we came out right away and pulled the weeds and spread more mulch in the back yard at no additional costI than received another call that Mr*** had weeds but didn't mention anything about the mulch so we came out and pulled the weeds once again, I've not heard from Mr*** since our second trip outWhen we first completed the job we removed ALL the weeds and applied the requested YARDS of mulchAs shown in the contract it mentions nothing about maintaining the weeds in the beds on a regularly maintenance program which every home owner needs to do since a one time pulling of the weeds isn't enough as their will always be new weeds in all mulch bedsAs far as I'm concerned the job is complete and we did everything we were contracted to do and beyond with no extra chargesI can only imagine the amount of weeds Mr*** may have if he hasn't been treating his beds especially with the amount of rain we've had in the past couple monthsJune alone had 8.33"s of rain which is the most rain we've had since which we all know the more rain the more weedsIf Mr*** would like more mulch and to be put on a bi-weekly weed maintenance program we'd be happy to do so at an additional costI hope this helps with the understanding of the issueWe work really hard at Roberts Landscaping to keep all our clients happy with no complaints which is why I stated above that I was shocked to be reading this complaint especially when we fulfilled our contract along with extras at no charge

I'll agree some mulch was applied to the rear bed because I watched the technician sprinkle some mulch by handI watched removal of the bushes in the front, plant the new ones, and spread the existing mulch aroundMud/dirt from the bushes removal is still visibleWeeds and some grass was still visible after work was performedThe first extra was to fix the ruts from the truck and spray weeds those that were still visibleI gave up calling after the third "extra" did nothing to stop growthMy question is how long after new mulch is applied do grass and weeds poke through and why were weeds still visible after applying yards of mulch? I should have did a better job inspecting the work before making payment, and I shouldn't have waited so long to file this complaint

We're sorry your unhappy, with that being said I still stand behind our work and believe we did everything our agreed contract statedTheir were no weeds visible after job completion and we applied 2-3" of mulch which is standard on all mulch jobs which gave you your yards of mulch which was expectedThe time frame on when to expect new weeds after being pulled depends on weather condition, more rain more weeds, less rain less weeds but the amount of weeds you get can be none if the beds are maintained which they looked like they defiantly weren't ever maintained before we showed upTheres nothing you can do to completely prevent weeds from appearing except pulling them or having the beds sprayed on a weekly or bi-weekly maintenance programLike I've stated before we fulfilled our contract and did everything we were supposed to do plus extrasI have plus customers with no complaints of weeds appearing after we leave because its known that there will be weeds even after we pull them all and leave
