A small scratch was made on the bumper of Mr***'s LexusHe was told to go to *** & *** Collision Center to get an estimate for the repair and we would pay for the repairWe still stand on that decision***'s is a top quality repair shopWe would like the vehicle to be repaired,
however, we will only pay the repair shop for he jobIt is our policy to pay a repair shop for a any damage we might inadvertently cause to a customer vehicle (which is a rare circumstance). ***'s has contacted us, inquiring about the vehicleThey are ready to make the repairs as soon as Mr*** gets the vehicle to themAs soon as the repairs are made***'s will be paid for their work and Mr*** will have a top quality repair.We regret the incident occurred and are willing to make it right in the manner state above.Respectfully,Roberts Auto Stereo, Inc.*** ** ***See attachment for original
