Roberts, Richard - Century 21

This company does not care about their tenants. We have lived in a duplex owned by Century 21 Reich and Roberts for about 3 years now, have barely ever called for repairs because it is never done professionally.
1. We had an issue with our fridge- the side panel on the shelving on the door came off- The landlord sent someone over to "fix" it and they put WOOD in my fridge. what ever happened to the $5 part to make it look nice?
2. The floor is DISGUSTING. its stained, they could make the place look nice but they have the attitude of "its just a rental"
3. Most current issue is- half of our house electrical stopped working. We thought it was a fuse. Im 8 months pregnant and have a 4 year old. Landlord told us to wait until next day... The next day he never answered my husbands numerous phone calls. Not to mention its 92 degrees and humid outside this time of year.
I cannot wait to get out of here- I will NOT ever reccommend this place to anyone I know. They dont care for your living conditions they just like they get paid every month.
