Robert's Towing, Inc. Reviews (5)

I did not state that the vehicle would be repaired by Robert's Towing.  Merely examined to determine the cause of the damage being claimed.  This is not unreasonable.  An estimate or receipt from [redacted] would not be considered sufficient proof.  I am not privy to any conversation you had with a dispatcher prior to retrieving your vehicle.  However, as I stated before, you were charged rates set and regulated by the MA DPU, you would be charged the same rate at any towing company in the state.  We will not be issuing a refund.

The company complaint is now to Robert's Towing LLC. It is not to Robert's Towing Inc. Thank You.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. .

Every vehicle towed from that location is photographed in the illegal spot it is parked in before it is towed. Please feel free to contact me at the office and I will be happy to show you the photos of your illegally parked vehicle at your convenience. All rates are set and regulated by the MA...

Department of Public Utilities.  Your itemized receipt tells you everything you paid for.  Please note, your itemized receipt even includes our truck's odometer reading. To avoid being towed from that location you must adhere to all posted signage and park in the clearly designated spaces. Do not park in fire lanes, blocking steps, dumpsters, the headmaster's spot, HP spaces not displaying a HP plate or placard, or on any very prominent, bright yellow parking lot hash marks.Failure to do so will result in your being towed.  Again.

Mr. ** alleges that we operated in a predatory nature which is entirely fabricated. We responded to call of a vehicle being parked illegally, had to take the time to dispatch the call and for the driver to arrive at the location. This means he couldn't have possibly just parked and ran...

upstairs, which is beside the point anyways. Whether its for 30 seconds or 30 minutes, parking illegally is parking illegally. This complaint is full of mostly baseless claims, the short time period of parking, saying that the driver saw him coming and still hooked the car. If Mr. ** was really there before the car was hooked, it never would have been hooked. Additionally, the driver did him a favor by waiting for him to go to the ATM, he could have just towed the car and it would have cost him much more. If the driver damaged the car right in front of him, wouldn't anybody's reaction be to call the police? I know I certainly would. The towing apparatus hooks up to the tires, nowhere near the axle. It's simply not possible that we caused any axle damage by lifting and then putting his car down. He also admits that it wasn't until January 2nd that his car began shaking and the axle problem occurred. An axle problem would not lay dormant for a month, if anything this helps prove our point. I believe that this is simply a case of an upset customer, looking to capitalize on his unpleasant experience. Thanks,[redacted]Robert's Towing Inc
