I took my dog up after a referral from my vet about a year and half ago. After spending about $500 on X-rays they said she needed a tplo surgery. They told me the different option prices, if they had to do this or that and gave me a worse case price of right around $2500 and that included all her follow up visits. I paid it up front the day I took her in for surgery, when I brought her in for first follow up they said I owed around $500 more. After a lot of discussion with them they finally said I didn't owe them. A year down the road I get a bill for $170, again talking with them for about 30 mins they said it was an error on there part. Now after about a year and a half something has went wrong in her knee she had surgery on so I called them. Told them it was her knee they did surgery on and all I get from them is that I have to take to my vet to get a referral(which will consist of X-rays that will cost me about $300 when you know they will also have to do X-rays)CRAZY That is poor business when I spent $3000 on them to do surgery less than 2 years ago and they won't see her back unless I get a referral or come and pay Emergency prices.
