As it stands today July 4th, *** will be subpoena to appear in court very soonPer our last discussion, I expect a cashier check of $(not a penny less) on July *** will need to contact me to meet at a bank of his choice with a certified notary on staff to verify that the amount is correctOther than that, I will let a judge determine what ASAP really meansThe only thing that happened "ASAP" was *** cashing our $dollar deposit within an hour of receiving it Now he is trying to insult reason and logic by interpretation of the term ASAP months after profiting off my fundsPlease do not insult my intelligence. We originally contracted w/ Lewis for the windows to be done first in the spring time frame before it is so mercilessly hot Lewis has the dollars since February He wanted to paint first so he could get more of our money and he did not have to supply the windows and I do not believe he has the windows now I have asked repeatedly for proof or a name / contact person ( Henry ? ) location, contact, etc he has ignored this request and not sent a picture of the windows which would be so easy to do.He did not return my call from this past Saturday and he has chosen to not call me or my wife or come by the house to discuss the completed paint job or make an offer to resolve the windows issue.He has my Money !
